    Flexibility You or your host organization have great flexibility in setting up a seminar, conference or consultation that best meets your needs. Together we will design a conference or consultation to fit your desires and resources, as well as your need to balance efficiency and effectiveness.

    For example, at the minimum, if conditions allow, I could fly into your airport and return home on the same day. Your total cost: round trip transportation, meals, and one weekday per diem fee.
    Weekday
    per diem:    		 My fee is $500 per weekday or partial weekday (plus expenses).
    Expenses You will cover or provide: Any necessary transportation, room and board, or presentation needs as desired by the host. Transportation includes airfare and ground transportation (eg., to and from the airports. I will fly from BWI). Room and board includes simple and modest lodging and meals for the duration of the consultation.

    Presentation expenses: When needed, you will provide an adequate AV projector and screen for powerpoint presentation. If you do not have an adequate projector and screen you may borrow, rent, or reimburse my rental.

    The host organization may print as many copies of handouts as it desires, at no additional charge. I will provide originals in PDF format. (Note: This permission includes FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO SUCCESS OR FAILURE OF CONGREGATIONAL MERGERS when the consultation or conference concerns a potential merger.)
    Weekends: In some cases the most effective conference or consultation may include a weekend, Saturday through Sunday, or a portion thereof. Such a weekend may include special sessions with leaders and key constituencies, as well as plenary sessions either at special gatherings or on Sunday morning. The weekend fee (all or any portion of Saturday through Sunday) is $1200 (not including expenses).
